Yes, we specialize in prescription safety specs that meet international EN 166 safety standards. We ship single vision prescriptions nationwide and offer bifocals and varifocals in-practice.

2. How do I order online?

Simply choose your frame, upload your valid prescription from a registered optometrist or ophthalmologist, and we’ll handle the rest. We’ll ship your custom specs right to your door.

3. Can I use my medical aid?

Currently, all online orders are processed as cash sales. However, we provide an invoice you can submit to your medical aid for potential reimbursement.

4. What prescriptions do you accept for delivery orders?

We accept single vision prescriptions only for delivery. If you need bifocals or varifocals, please visit us in person at our practice.

5. Do you sell to companies or do bulk orders?

Absolutely. We cater to individuals and businesses. Contact us for bulk discounts and on-site service arrangements for companies.

We only accept valid prescriptions issued within the last 12 months. If yours is outdated, we recommend booking a new eye test with an optometrist or visiting our practice.

10. Where are you based?

We are based in East London, South Africa, and operate from a fully equipped optometry practice. You are welcome to visit us for full services, adjustments, or in-person fittings.
